RETURNS POLICY

Returns can be made for an exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria: 

  • Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 
  • You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations. 

Return / Exchange Steps:  

1.   Check your item meets the Returns Criteria: 

  • Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway. 
  • Original packaging and tags are attached.  

2.   Package up the item that you wish to send back to us (we recommend using the original order tissue paper and postage bag - you can turn this inside out) 

3.   Print and fill out the Returns Slip - which can found HERE 

Please note the Returns Slip MUST be included in your returns order or we not process the return. 

4.   Post the order back to us at Bye Bambi

5.   Once you have posted your order back send us an email (info@byebambi.com) with your Order Number and return Tracking Number. 

Failure to follow these steps correctly will result in your return or exchange not being processed and your item will be returned back to you.  

Faulty Item

If your item has arrived with a fault or damage please email us at info@byebambi.com before beginning the returns process. 

SOLD OUT ITEM

If you are looking for a sold out item or size please email us at info@byebambi.com and we can see if we will be restocking it anytime soon. Don't forget to include the item you are after, the colour and size!

These guidelines are in place to help create a safe environment on all social media channels run by Bye Bambi, in the best interests of the well-being of our community, our customers and our staff.

The aim of our social media channels is to communicate with our community. We ask that anyone engaging with our social media channels shows courtesy, kindness and respect for us and for all other members of our social media channels. 

By engaging with our social media channels, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

Comment Policy

We and you encourage comments that:

  • Share knowledge, kindness and support
  • Share learning opportunities that would be of interest to other Bye Bambi social media community members

Comments must not:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, antagonise, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of Bye Bambi or others.
  • Contain spam unrelated to Bye Bambi, or our values and practices.
  • Deceive others, be obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inflammatory or promote sexually explicit material or violence.
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age or other protected or personal attribute.
  • Breach any of the terms of any of the social media platforms themselves.
  • Contain advertising or promote unrelated services.

Breach of Policy 

We reserve the sole right to determine whether contributions to our social media channels breach our guidelines. We reserve the right to hide or delete comments made on our channels, as well as block users who do not follow these guidelines.

Comments, responses, or other publications may also be submitted to law enforcement agencies or bodies if we have reasonable belief that disclosure of such information is necessary to protect the safety of the public or an individual.

Comment Moderation and Response

We will do our best to moderate and respond to comments and feedback. Although we are moderating our channels to help ensure that users’ publications comply with these policies, we are not liable for any damage and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any comments or materials published by users.
