Refund policy

1.   Check your item meets the Returns Criteria: 

• Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway. 
• Original packaging and tags are attached.  

2. Package up the item that you wish to send back to us (we recommend using the original order tissue paper and postage bag - you can turn this inside out)

3. Lodge your return online.

Before shipping your item back to us, you must lodge your return through our Returns Portal.

Once your return request has been lodged, our CS team will review it and contact you with the appropriate return address and next steps.

Please do not ship your return until your return request has been approved and you have received the return instructions from our CS team.

4. Once your return has been approved, ship your item to the return address provided by our CS team.

Please ensure you use the correct return address based on where you are sending your parcel from.

5. Add your return tracking number to the Returns Portal.

Once tracking is available, please return to our Returns Portal and enter your tracking number against your return.

This allows our CS team to keep an eye on your return while it makes its way back to us. 

Failure to follow these steps correctly will result in your return or exchange not being processed and your item will be returned back to you.
