Fulfilment

Please note that tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear after dispatch. Updates will automatically appear as your order moves through the shipping process.

RETURNS

Criteria

Returns can be made for an exchange or store oredit provided the returned item meets the following oriteria:
. Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
. The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all origimal packaging and tags attached.
. You have correctly follomed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.
We do not offer refunds or concellations. Any discount code issued can only be redeemed once for its intended value and purpose.
